Ο Αλεξάντρ Μισέλ Ζεράρ Ντεσπλά (γαλλικά: Alexandre Michel Gérard Desplat, προφορά: a.lɛk.sɑ̃dʁ dɛs.pla, 23 Αυγούστου 1961) είναι Γάλλος, ελληνικής καταγωγής,^[1] πολυβραβευμένος συνθέτης κυρίως μουσικής ταινιών. Έχει υπάρξει 8 φορές υποψήφιος για Όσκαρ Καλύτερης Πρωτότυπης Μουσικής, κερδίζοντας τελικά ένα, το 2014, με τη δουλειά του στο Ξενοδοχείο Grand Budapest (2014). Επίσης, έχει υπάρξει 8 φορές υποψήφιος για César (κερδίζοντας 3), 7 φορές υποψήφιος για BAFTA (κερδίζοντας 1) και 6 φορές υποψήφιος για Grammy (κερδίζοντας τελικά δύο).
Μεταξύ των υπολοίπων θεμάτων που έχει συνθέσει, περισσότερο δημοφιλή είναι στις ταινίας Χάρι Πότερ: Οι Κλήροι του Θανάτου - Μέρος 1 και Οι Κλήροι του Θανάτου - Μέρος 2.^[2] Έχει γράψει επίσης τη μουσική για το Η Απίστευτη Ιστορία του Μπέντζαμιν Μπάτον, το Ο Λόγος του Βασιλιά, το Επιχείρηση: Argo και Το Παιχνίδι της Μίμησης.
